Your details and amounts

You supply the business, customer, job details, rates, tax treatment and requested deposit terms. Review the complete document before downloading or publishing. The tool does not determine tax obligations or promise compliance with every jurisdiction’s requirements.

Document imports

Upload a PDF, Word document, text file or photo up to 10 MB. PDFs are limited to 10 pages. Extraction can miss or misread details; review the business, customer, line items and currency before applying them. Currency changes do not convert amounts.

Approval, signatures and deposits

Approval records the exact statement and version shown, with a drawn signature only when requested. Names are self-reported unless separately verified. This tool does not guarantee universal legal enforceability, collect money, verify bank transactions or provide accounting advice.

Free workflow and limits

Creating a quote, downloading a PDF and customer approval are free. This release supports up to 100 line items, PNG/JPEG logo uploads up to 5 MB, USD or CAD, and 30-day private links. No payment is required to retrieve a completed document.

Availability and copies

Keep an independent copy of records you need. There is no saved-document library or account recovery. See storage and privacy for details on private sharing.
